Aw, what a gorgeous little post. What makes my soul dance? Beautifully crafted, artful words on a page. The sound of my children laughing. The sight of my children asleep (why is that?). Knowing people who are honest, kind and generous of heart.

Dancing like no one is watching….sometimes naked
Obviously my kiddies – every day in too many ways to list.
Walking by the water and being present.
My husband when he creates a special meal for me with so much care, creativity and love.
The after-glow of a coaching session that I know has really made a change to a clients perception…
The small moments and the beauty that is freely available in a smile, hug and quiet breeze…

My girls – seeing them in my life when we almost missed the chance; their giggles especially when they interact with each other, watching them play with daddy. Beautiful images (like the one above), lit aromatic candles, fragrant flower gardens in full bloom, memories of travel adventures, beautiful soundtracks such as the instrumental pieces from Brokeback Mountain and Gladiator. Thanks for Inspiring me to do this exercise.
